User Control Panel (UCP) now available: https://rtv.pl-community.com/panel/index.phpYou can register new account, search other player, view player stats & info, round history, online player list. You can change password and nickname after logged into UCP. Admins can peform live Ban, Mute, RPG Ban, approve account on admin section.

Okay... one last question. Why did you change yourself or rather what compelled you to finally change your ways and stop being a "bad boy"?
If I'm not mistaken, your bad boy tenure lasted from 2014 to 2019. What compelled you to change yourself after five long years? 5 years in VC:MP is a life time. It's only natural for people to call you a bull-shitter when you say you've changed after five years. Do you have something to say to your deniers?
There are a lot of people who know me and the change i have brought. I just quit being with retarded act. I have some friends who counseled me and things got changed. I have been working for RTV along with ELK and [MK]Sahil, if i were still a douchebag, they shouldn't have been working/supporting me etc. I have worked my ass off for RTV to provide players a unique and smooth server to play in. If i were still same i would get banned everywhere and wont apply here.

you came after rising from death and you tried to contact VU first i'm a good boy now take me in they just clearly replied with their first post on your application after getting an answer from there now you are here with the same story i was a bad boy bla bla blaaa and now you are asking us i want to get in ? just after a month when you tried to get into some other party.
i have no interest no. 
i just want to tell what happen few month ago, so dont expect new 'story'. And about vu, it seems most of members dont like me in, why i should i waste time like few years ago? and im not suddenly alive, i already back few month ago do things like i method in my 'story'. I no need to lie, ppl in community can tell.
so you applied there instead of having a chit chat with members of Vu like every one does to generate an idea if they are capable to join the team. Or in other words you wanted to know how they will react on your straight application without even showing your good boy activities , seems like you aren't committed to what you choose PAL if you now changed for good and you first chose VU so you should've stick to them anyways my mates can judge things well then me.

I apply there because i wannt join my fellow friends but it harder than few years ago when i apply to VU, and MK is my another choice. I wont apply in clan which i dunno each other. And thank you for your vote

The thing is, I have evidence that u were planning to take down servers in Nov 2018 and not 2014 and it seems more like a plan between you and San rather than her provoking you.
I know there's some obvious drama going on between you, PL and San regarding viceland server, but it doesn't bother me.
The main thing is you are a very suspicious guy and involved in alot of controversies and drama and MK likes to keep itself away from such people.
ye this is our 'masterplan' is take down all server to make vl gain more players but i didnt do anything on any server. and cmon, i just wanted to join clan and scripting stuff, this really what i want. i dont want to involve any drama

and what about your claims to bring servers like ec, lw vcccnr and basically all of the popular servers down. last time i ddos it was 2014 and i promise myself never do that again, and yea she provoking me to attack server and i was like uh ok but i never did anything shit like i did in 2014, and no one report that server go ddos something Moreover u r also suspicious of using other illegal stuff. that was half years ago and yea, i have some illegal asis but using clean vc after ead incident Also what about you starting another instance of Viceland server even though you handed it over to someone else.
