What I personally feel is you are disappointed because you didn't get promoted while some promotions happened this month and last month too. If this is actually the reason then you must know that you were to be promoted next month as per our policies. This is just my personal view regarding this since you did not share the reason for leaving.

Anyway since you have left, Goodluck wherever you go!
