i want to Soul His PRoblem i have Some FOlder's if he paste in his VIce city multipllayer 0.4 than he can PALY !

I'd recommend you to post this on VCMP's official forum and get support from there, they'll probably know what to do.

You need to download Visual C++ Redistributable and Framework, later of this eject your browser as admin.

i think Niko Is Right ............... But i think he failed the uptade of vice city 0.4 Right??
