Do you have any idea how this is come from, i tried everything but it still showing this error :

nah nah nah nah if u Reinstall Than Not Advantage pfffff that was My Old Problem i wan Cunfused!!!!!!! But not how i give yOU That Folder how i Send u i know About It all Thing's But u have any Good thing than i will Easy to send you that Folder's

What kind of an advantage are you talking about?

i want to Soul His PRoblem i have Some FOlder's if he paste in his VIce city multipllayer 0.4 than he can PALY ! :) :)

I'd recommend you to post this on VCMP's official forum and get support from there, they'll probably know what to do.

You need to download Visual C++ Redistributable and Framework, later of this eject your browser as admin.

i think Niko Is Right ............... But i think he failed the uptade of vice city 0.4 Right?????
