I just know this guy since some weeks ago, but he's friendly and his english is understandable at least (of course he should keep improving it) besides, he has playable skills and also he's active on irc. Yes, he may hasn't the best attitude but that doesn't make any problem.
I don't know so much about his loyalty but he was loyal to his past clan until it died. I'm giving my opinion because maybe some members don't know him so much or haven't met him yet. However, it's your choice and your opinion.

I would like to clarify that yes, I invited him some weeks ago to join VU. Unfortunately I got inactive a few days and many VU members didn't knew him so much. However, I told him to do whatever he want, also I apologized because I could not lend my support. He told me that he always wanted to be in MK, so he applied.
I taught him to use IRC, and try to join it constantly. He is totally loyal, he left his past clan because leaders and co-leaders left it and anyways it was gonna be closed. I can't give my vote, but I think that Trainee is enough to prove his loyalty and to a better adapt.
