Actually it was false ban I made 101 spree on normal skills players and my name was written in top 10 spree player but [F2]Killer_Frost report me for stats Padding because he jealous me because I left his clan

Um since you're expressing your view about the ban & stats padding matter let me help you clear this situation more precisely.
Actually i made this( https://ec.vc-mp.net/index.php?topic=10670.msg61679#msg61679 ) report against him with vaild proof, to be honest i would never let anyone get into the toplist by unfair means alas Ec admins didn't reset your stats but luckily his spree was removed.
The way you're narrating story seems kinda awkward and baseless although i was here to clarify the sitiation since he is mentioning me in this application.

Using rockets in close range is not allowed. By close range, we mean shotgun range (<24m). However, it's important to note here that when the rpg user starts shooting the rockets from long range and his enemy runs to him and dies in the explosion, this is allowed. Because he didn't start shooting at close range, he started shooting at longe range.

Here it is your rule statement.

So as i said before and if you see in the video, he never came close to you and started shooting rockets, he was always near his base and shooting rockets, you were the one who comes to him and in that process you get hit by his rockets. Also in all the cases in the video where you get  killed by him, you are pretty far away from him.

I have taken screens from the video to show it too. I can post if you want.

Ohh. Sorry for misunderstandings actually am new in server and in forums both.I wasnt acquainted with this server rules.And I think I didn't get the rule very well.
Again am so sorry for this case!!

As I have already registered my acc in ctf server forums but never a one admin approved it yet.Idk they are inactive or not interested. But anyways I will move towards my topic.
 one of MK member did break rule in ctf server and the rule is "Using rpg in close range":which he has exploit the rule.
He did the same frequently not a once nor twice.so the perfect action must be taken.Here the proofs.
