Just because he didn't use it when he was fighting clan members that doesn't mean he didn't use it another time.
If he's so innocent why didn't he made a ban appeal saying it so?
I even waited one day before kicking him to see if he would make the ban appeal on HA's forum. If he felt that his ban was so unfair, he would have made the ban appeal by now, but he didn't.
Also, for those that don't know, Eddy wasn't banned by any admin, he was banned by the anti-armour script, the script doesn't make mistakes. (unless it's badly coded, which I find hard to believe, otherwise we would've know by now) HA's script detects it automatically when someone is using armour, that system has never failed on HA and now you're telling me it has failed for the first time? Please...
So stop with your "omg eddy es no hack" shouting and look at the facts.

OMG no no, It is not fair i was playing with him and he wasnt with Armour suddenly he was banned. idk, but for me he wasnt with hacks I saw the exact moment that banned him. He is innocent
I was on IRC too at the exact moment when he was banned and that means nothing, he could have turned it on and the script probably banned him instantly. And no I don't believe he's inocent because: 1) He didn't even made a ban appeal on HA's forum. If he believed that the ban was unfair he would have made a ban appeal but he didn't, so he knows exactly what he did. 2) Kill3r told me he already had reports from people reporting the usage of armour hacks by Eddy. 3) A few minutes after I posted this, I noticed eddy was online on the forum and he didn't even replied so, once again: he knows exactly what he did. 4) He was also banned on XE, the reason for his ban wasn't meantioned in his appeal but I believe it's not that hard to guess. Also, even if he didn't use armour hacks on XE, he's still banned there and we don't want members who are banned to represent this clan.

Yes, it's true we are a bit inactive, but note you are just as inactive as most of us  Ever since you re-joined the clan, I rarely saw you playing, and I'm not blaming you for being inactive once in a while, because every member needs to be inactive once in a while, I'm just saying members can't just expect for the clan to magically become active again if don't they contribute to it, like checking the forums daily/making posts and playing the game. (for example, this is your 4th post)For all the members that are leaving because we are inactive I say, instead of leaving they should stay and help the clan to become active again. This is where we see how loyal the members are. Anways this post is also directed to all our members, not only you specifically, I'm not mad at you or anyone. Good luck wherever you go mate

No worries, we're not mad at anyone. We just don't like it when people start assuming things that they don't even know for sure. Although, I guess x_94's reply might seem a bit hostile, however, that's just how he talks, even within the clan, you can check his posts. As we all know him around here, we know he's not trying to be offensive. So don't take it too serious.

Is anyone bothered to participate or do you guys still have your little dramatic vendetta with VU?
ULK and DZ are not participating too, so by your logic they have a Vendetta agaisn't VU too. We don't have a vendetta with VU. If there is even a Vendetta it's from VU agaisn't MK when Hall decided to join MK a long,long time ago but I really doubt VU still has "remorses" about that and you probably don't really know what I'm talking about here so, nevermid about that. Sure I won't deny some of us didn't like how some things were handled last VW but all that needed to be discussed about that has already been discussed, so there's no point bringing it up once again. Anyways, like I said before on VU's forum and like Lazee said in his VU application, MK is little bit inactive these days, more particularly, the most experienced members, so that's why we're not participating.

Devil to apply a signature go to where it says "profile" up there, click on modify profile->forum profile and paste the URL inside the signature box. If the forum doesn't let you use that image because it's too big, please choose a smaller one.

That is not a problem, even though his IP changes, his subnet is always the same. Here in Portugal the IP's are all dynamic too.
i m taking about his ping not about his ip
at morning (in my time zone) i played with him he warps alot and playing like a nab immature
so thats why no from my side.
There's no such thing as "dynamic ping". There's only dynamic IP. If a player's ping is always changing from high to low that doesn't mean it's named "dynamic ping", just means he has ping spikes. I'm not saying you should change your vote, you are free to vote whatever you like, I'm just saying there's no such this as "dynamic ping"

Well, I compared the IP and hostname of both players and they don't match, so he did not applied to 2 clans at the same time, that charles guy is another person.
So either your "alias" system is broke, or maybe darkflame/darkfire logged in once with a "charles" named account.
