Dude, obviously he use Fps hacks. 
No, that's not FPS cheats that's just his lag, he probably had packet loss which resulted in a weird sync/warp sometimes. Also he shakes his mouse alot which makes it look like his game is faster, but it's the same speed and if he was using fps cheats he would have some trouble changing weps because the weps will cycle faster and would result in changing like 2 or 3 weps at once.

You can't ask for people to believe you when it's only been like a few weeks since you were banned, people don't change in such a short time. Also, you keep evading your forum bans which just shows that you haven't changed at all.
You are right about my evading, but I want to say a last thing:
I have NEVER asked people whether I was changed or not, those people said TO ME WITHOUT ASKING.
Now what do I have to say, have a nice day, cheers.
You're obviously acting differently when you're around them as to make them think you've changed but your actions show otherwise (ex: evading forum bans)

Halchter, 7itan and Hans have been promoted to Scout position, congratulations guys, feel free to use the [MKs] tag from now on PS: Also we've noticed that some of our members, trainees and scouts, have improved greatly and may be deserving a promotion so therefore in these next few weeks we'll be trying to schedule a few training sessions to practice our teamwork and we'll be keeping an eye in everyone so, now it's the time to prove yourself, we'll be watching
