He is leaving because ULK re-opened their apps, however when ULK had their apps opened he didn't join them. Akiharu made a smart move when he closed ULK's clan applications a few months ago. Because people want what they can't have, and they couldn't apply to ULK, so once the clan apps were re-opened, people started to apply right away before they lost the chance to. I have to admit it was a smart move and it will attract more players to their clan, however it will only attract the weaker minds. Goodbye Ethan.

:whocares:, this server uses the base that XE already uses and i don't like it so, btw good luck my dear NewK son.
This server is not focusing on a new gamemode. The diference between this server and XE is that it will not have the same rules as XE, and it will be a community server and by community I mean a server that is run by members of a ton of different clans, not just a ton of members from one single clan or 2 clans. This not a VU, ULK, MK, DnA or DU server, this is a community server.

Ak26, if you have nothing useful to say about the topic, don't post anything at all. Such replies are categorized as spam and if you continue to do it you'll earn yourself a ban from the forum for a determined time.
About voting in applications; you are free to give your opinion if you can back it up with reasoning as to why you think the applicant deserves that specfic rank, quoting other people's votes while not adding anything to it and not belonging to the clan, will also be categorized as spam, and will earn you a ban from the forum for a determined time. The first thing , my second language is French and as you know it is difficult to handle/learn two languages in the same time, and though I feel that a progress has been made and this is for me a great success.
I'm not saying I'm good. I respect your decisions and your comments, and if I was not ready to enter your team then I have nothing to do since It's your decisions . VU were wrong because they didn't notice that I've been improving and working hard on my skills and English.
If he himself wrote this then he is having normal english skills NewK. And yes I did use "If he"
Indeed, if he did wrote that by himself I can acknowledge that he has improved and is on MKt level, but if he didn't wrote that himself he would probably never go higher than MKt.

Of course we are his friends, but, its his skills in game, that makes us vote MK ranks.
All 3 things must complement eachother. English, Skills and Attitudes. You shouldn't vote [MK] just because of 1 thing. For someone to be eligible to a full [MK] rank all of those 3 factors must be good atleast. They must have good english, good skills and good attitude. And unfortunatly GrandoIz's english is very very weak, and hasn't show improvement for a while.

Not really. As long he is well mannered, a good player, then we shouldn't have any problem from him.
Skills and attitude are not the only things that matter. English is the most important thing, so that we can communicate properly, if we can't communicate properly, it's the same thing as not talking at all. I honestly don't see GrandoIz ever getting a higher rank than trainee, not with his level of english. The only way for him to get a higher rank is to improve his English ALOT, and he's been trying to do that for a long time now and as you can see, he hasn't succeed. To be honest his english is not even Trainee level. I'm actually quite surprised some of you are voting MK and MKs, GrandoIz is very far from those ranks. Seems to me you guys are just voting those ranks because you're his friend. I tought you guys had better sense of how a clan must don't work. Remember, Communication is key. English is essential.

It's not about 2nd chances, he did nothing bad, it's just that his english is actually very very bad and he has shown very small or no improvements at all. Communication is key and since we can't communicate with him properly, how is he supposed to show any improvements? Sorry GranDoIz but your english is holding you back.
