To the people posting pics here, I advice you not to do such stuff on the applications. There is a topic called "Dont be shy men" post the pics there instead of here.
And stay on topic rather than useless posts like "Lol" and etc would not be entertained much from now on.
On topic -> Skills are good. English is just fine. So trainee till the applicant gets better and gets along well with the other clan members.

Advice. See an applicant as a player not according to the gender. Test their skills and past history and then vote accordingly. My vote is pending for now as I need to test you first.
