Well Vision i have been receiving alot of complaints from players and admins and even have experienced it myself that your behaviour is too immature, you are found acting stupid alot of times and in such a way that it affects clan respect...and also i have even received complaints that you were found spamming...
So until you dont improve ur attitude, it is better for you to be a trainee.

If you cant respect others, be it on any basis namely ethnicity, region, religion, race, etc... don't bother to post/reply, it gives out bad impression to outsiders...a post with such material would be censored and on repeating same...an action would be taken against the related member
