He have decent skills but I would charm a "NO" on his application till he gives me justified explanation of this :
"I saw your chat with some GTA_killer or something and you were asking him to make a clan and lead with you. The clan name you chose was BAS. Well if you are making a clan of your own then why are you posting an application for joining to MK"
My vote depends on his answer as I know his skills but I have a major doubt on his attitude and nature now.

Well whatever it is....its not something as big to create a huge discussion about.
I would rather vote MKt for you, as it isnt something big so as to not give you another chance....believe me even the ones who break server rules get another chance.
