Wars and Matches / MK vs DU

So wats going on with this? A couple of enquiry from our side presented below:
1) Format. Will we play only A/D or something more? I'd prefer at least a little bit of A/D. How many rounds, etc?
2) Rules. I propose that everything is allowed except for minigun.
3) Server. Idk if they have their own A/D script, if not maybe we can ask Gudio if we can use his server. If there is a ready to go script (Charlies??) I can run a temporary server on my lappy (I'm not playing VCMP on it), internet connection should be good but it can be tested beforehand. They have/had CTF server but I don't know what it is capable of (script/feauture-wise not performance).
