You can't always use translator, there are situations in game where urgent reply is required.
for that, I'd have my laptop on one side, why not?
Translators don't translate well, people may not understand you at all if you translate what you would like to say.
if is very hard the issue, i'll use the translator of pocket

he didn't apply here because he was denied from vu, but because I asked him to, he had already told me he would be denied in mk also because of his english but I insisted him to give it a try anyways.as I never felt that his English was bad or maybe I never noticed it so closely......
But yea it's just the English where he fails abit, otherwise he is much deserving
