That's weird. Check if you don't have any chrome extensions installed that might be causing this.

I've checked, there aren't any chrome extensions installed. Yep, its happening in other browsers too.

it's an adware and they are fucking damn annoying because I'm having one too.Generally you can remove it with this program: Adwcleaner
even if didn't work for me,most of the people say it worked very good.
