at least they are funny unlike that stupid boring news...same thing going on whole day on channel and then same thing is published next day on newspaper which is also glanced rofl even though u watched same last night xD

News are definitely more important, however most japanese animes aren't for children at all. In japan there's more adults watching this type of animes than children. Same goes for Family Guy or American dad, just because it's animated, it's doesn't mean it's for children, there's tons of dirty jokes and sometimes gore on Family Guy and American dad, which is definitely not appropriate for children.

Same goes for the Japanese animes, just because they're animated, it doesn't mean they're for children there's tons of violence, blood and gore on Naruto, Bleach and One piece, in some countries they even censor those animes.
