I have never used any hacks on any official server, I was part of under a third party investigation of aimlocks, yes I have the programs and worked on countermeasures on a particular server that I shall not name, working with various officials/staffs with it. I never even played on EAD only once and I never got to actually get a kill. I can show my stats for it. I know this is a really big issue however automatically kicking me from this clan without hearing my side about it I don't think is fair. I have never had any record of aimlock usage on any server and you guys can go check for yourself. I have only used them for experimentation of it's use. I can provide more info if the seniors may give me permission for it.

Man what you did? If you were investigating something then you should have informed  the leaders atleast.ok if it was just for investigation then I hope you will get justice but you have used it to take advantage over other players then you really have dissapointeed those who trusted you and you have reunied you career...

This is a tip for everyone around.. Dont go out thinking that you can be a "tester" for the server staff or community.. those guys are entrusted by the OFFICIAL servers.. So if you are aiming to become one of those "wanna try its use" at least inform your clan leaders with all the info you can provide and they need.

Sometimes the forbidden fruit is the sweetest.

Like FaF said we are tottaly srtick when this issue comes around. Hope you can provide logs and info that makes you not guilty Nightmare.

My fault yes, I've tried testing it on a public server (my grave mistake) since skywars was the only empty server that moment the only least server that had a 0.4.6 update, I had downloaded the files from my discord only to check if it still worked and I tried if it still had effect. Nevertheless I still know my mistake, I wouldn't deny it from everyone especially not informing the seniors about this. Also using it on a Public Server but then I have never used it on any other server, nor on other players. I deeply apologize for my grave mistake and not clearing this thought out. But then not just because I have these files doesn't make me a bad guy. I was trying to help and yet, ofcourse it's a very confidential topic especially of it being the main reason of the toxic community nowadays.

As you have said that it is a grave mistake, so this is the grave punishment for it. Whoever test these things doesn't do it on public servers be it empty infact all server rules prohibit using of any kind of hacks, they dont say prohibited only when players around and as you already said that the community has become very toxic, that is the reason we are extreme strict on this issue. Such bans teach people to totally stay away from it, be it for testing or anything else because there is no going back, you get removed from your clan, you get banned from official servers.

It is this fear that is being instilled in the minds of players so they never even in their dreams think of even putting such files in their PC.


Nightmare's kick from the clan will also be a lesson and warning to others, even if you all have good intentions, keep distance from these files, there is a team working against it and you are not needed to test it.


I am sorry nightmare but I like to keep MK away from controversies so there is no coming back for you. The more strict we are the more fear in the hearts of everyone regarding these files/cheats/hacks.

P.S Instead of releasing new updates for vice city multiplayer developer should come over with this issue of aimlock...
for fuck sake , management is just hamming fair players with ban on behalf of very little things which are actually common in this 90s game i wonder why don't they find a fine solution for this aimlock so that at least fair players can show off their skills.

That guy is banned and that is why he is ranting all that. You want solution? I just mentioned it and I'll mention it again, don't keep those files in your pc, just stay away from it because if you are ever caught injecting them on a public server where it is not allowed then you are done.

I can't buy a working tank and keep it at home saying I will never use it.
Prevention is better than cure.

Also for those who are in this "test" thing, first and foremost, there are enough people who are testing it and are part of the anti hack squad or whatever it is, if you wanna be part of such operation then consult them, don't go around being a private detective.

Talking about fair people being banned, You aren't fair if you are found with files injected be it for any purpose as the server rules clearly state "Use of hacks is Prohibited"

And it is not just you but it is same for everyone here, if someone is involved with controversy and everyone is going against that person then we like to keep distance from him so that it doesn't affect our image.

Now, again coming to your ban, you were found guilty by people who have loads of experience with this game, as much as 10 years. If you think you are not guilty then get someone with similar experience to fight your case, to prove you not guilty.

If somebody is gonna reply that at 0:29 he tries to shoot his teammate again, I'm gonan say he didn't see that he was trying to lead-aim with m4 and also "missed" his teammate head (if he had aimbot). I think you all are missing something here. At this point, again we are discussing about 2 seconds of the video where he shoots his teammate where there is no real evidence he cheated because maybe he was fucking around and shooting randomly
If any of you played csgo, you should know there's a thing called overwatch where people review a video of a suspected player but he is banned only with indisputable evidence. If gangsta had any doubts about him, he should have waited longer, get more evidences and eventually prove he is guilty ( also with some logs he injected that hack). Personally what I see here is that you guys trust somebody too much and don't form your own opinions.

You are right detonator.. I totally trust Newk's judgement, cuz he has a lot of experience in this kind of situation even if i can admit Tim is a nice guy...he got busted in this controversy.

All i will say that every human use to do a single mistake maybe newk have done it by trusting gangsta to whom they consider god. Tim is totally unfair banned from some of official servers. Why EA havent ban him yet. EA is also a offical server. Its just because Tim01 is fair and skilled player. And coming on trust issue i have 101% trust on Tim01 skills, and 0.0% Trust on NewK's decission.
