I was on IRC too at the exact moment when he was banned and that means nothing, he could have turned it on and the script probably banned him instantly. And no I don't believe he's inocent because:

1) He didn't even made a ban appeal on HA's forum. If he believed that the ban was unfair he would have made a ban appeal but he didn't, so he knows exactly what he did.

2) Kill3r told me he already had reports from people reporting the usage of armour hacks by Eddy.

3) A few minutes after I posted this, I noticed eddy was online on the forum and he didn't even replied so, once again: he knows exactly what he did.

4) He was also banned on XE, the reason for his ban wasn't meantioned in his appeal but I believe it's not that hard to guess. Also, even if he didn't use armour hacks on XE, he's still banned there and we don't want members who are banned to represent this clan.

Just because he didn't use it when he was fighting clan members that doesn't mean he didn't use it another time.
If he's so innocent why didn't he made a ban appeal saying it so?

I even waited one day before kicking him to see if he would make the ban appeal on HA's forum. If he felt that his ban was so unfair, he would have made the ban appeal by now, but he didn't.

Also, for those that don't know, Eddy wasn't banned by any admin, he was banned by the anti-armour script, the script doesn't make mistakes. (unless it's badly coded, which I find hard to believe, otherwise we would've know by now) HA's script detects it automatically when someone is using armour, that system has never failed on HA and now you're telling me it has failed for the first time? Please...
So stop with your "omg eddy es no hack" shouting and look at the facts.
