Better to have loyal full members than clan hoppers, if they wouldn't have left now, they would've left later so this way we keep the ones that are loyal and we let the other ones go, it's good that this happens, it's called filtering and it allows us to keep the quality and the loyalty of our members on a higher level, because if the unloyal ones leave, that means only the loyal ones will remain. So, this will happen many more times, but it's not necessarily bad, it's just the process of taking out the "bad apples" and leaving the good ones in.

i'm totally agree with you Moric .Nadeem is compels everyone to join TZ and he given offers ,Eg: He is offered to he would make leader of Nilz .Sfitz and nilz joined TZ this  is most of problem to leave everyone .(Some grammar mistakes:)  )
