yes do that

I would advise you to improve what all you mentioned above and also try to communicate with MK members so they get to know if you are improving and then only you  will get positive votes when they will notice that you have improved.

Also since you are banned so it is against our policy to accept banned players therefore i would advise you to try when you are not banned and ofcourse when you have improved.

Also don't get disheartened as you have applied alot of times but got denied. We ourselves would be more than happy to have you once you have improved yourself and get all positive votes.
