Listen,I've applied 3 times and the first and second application i got positive and negative votes as well,Members were voting me no because they know that i am not ready and didn't change my behave at all but now look at my third application i have got many positive votes and 2 votes no because i have changed my behave and improved myself so i advise you if members say no without reason means that you're not ready they have their own choice so i wish you a better luck next time,it's no from my side too.
