He was banned from VCHA that time. Now, he is unbanned so he could have applied and he did. No problem in that.

he was banned for what ? for armour hacks.  i know this guy have better skills n decent attitude which is perfect for joining the clan but after 5 days he applied again as u said he was banned from HA now he is unban, then what? we r waiting for him when u got unban then apply again and we will accept u again.its not a way to accept some one so early n like this way..

My point there was maybe there was a bug in the script due to which he got banned and now he is unbanned. If it was a script bug then he wasnt at fault. If it wasnt script bug then the question is how come he is unbanned so early or so easily from VCHA.
