I've already went trough the all that stuff in the forum and also tried some scripts, so i ended up Downloading FBS script and making some small changes as per our needs
About the echo, we would need to talk to Windlord first and ask him if he has mirc slots for the server, because if he doesn't his ip might get banned from the network
If he has slots we would need someone to implement the echo because i don't know how to do it. Maybe you or rulk could do it
