His behaviors toward me and other people are good and his skills are interesting ,so I don't see anything wrong with this guy also he has been improving his English Atleast he can communicate with us .

It's not about 2nd chances, he did nothing bad, it's just that his english is actually very very bad and he has shown very small or no improvements at all. Communication is key and since we can't communicate with him properly, how is he supposed to show any improvements? Sorry GranDoIz but your english is holding you back.

Skills and attitude are not the only things that matter. English is the most important thing, so that we can communicate properly, if we can't communicate properly, it's the same thing as not talking at all. I honestly don't see GrandoIz ever getting a higher rank than trainee, not with his level of english. The only way for him to get a higher rank is to improve his English ALOT, and he's been trying to do that for a long time now and as you can see, he hasn't succeed. To be honest his english is not even Trainee level. I'm actually quite surprised some of you are voting MK and MKs, GrandoIz is very far from those ranks. Seems to me you guys are just voting those ranks because you're his friend. I tought you guys had better sense of how a clan must don't work. Remember, Communication is key. English is essential.

hmm, thats right NewK. The english its the most important thing to comunicate with other players who speaks another languaje. By the way, english its very necessary to comunicate.
