One of my old comrades had exactly the same AMD specific gtavc problem. So I won't rubbish what you're saying. Hope you've found the solution to this yourself. I can't seem to remember what he did to fix the said problem.

MK members dont know much about you. Try to engage with them so they know who you are and hows your attitude and then when you are in good terms with the MK members then you can apply back, but dont just apply back in a month or so.

You can try your luck again after 3 months when MK members have gotten to know you well and can vote in your favour.
