If you are going to continuously PM members to ask about their views or vote on your app, it will just make it more easy to deny your application.

All you need to do is just be patient, wait for members to reply to your app, reply to their queries when asked.

You are a great guy indeed and maybe you deserve a chance too. But other than this, there are other things worth considering too man. And I gotta say that my mates are pretty right regarding your case here. You recently left ULK and applied here immediately. Plus some of my mates, including myself too, have some doubts regarding your issues in your previous clans which, at the moment, couldn’t be cleared. But I would like to see you becoming a part of our family in the future man, and for that you gotta hold on for now at least. Going with a No for now. Best of luck for the future mate!
