It's not necessary to irritate.

In my eyes, you didn't put any effort in proving the members wrong. You haven't been active ever since your last application afaik. Not to mention that you screwed up even more. Applying twice in a row is definitely a good thing, but it's meaningless in case you haven't changed a bit and didn't show it. Also, Cerberus already mentioned it, you tend to give up easily.
