Servers you usually play on:  XE European and EA Extreme Addicts Server
VC-MP History:  Well, I’ve been playing vc-mp for around 1 years, my first clan was NK, 3 months later Join  TZK then i left it because i wanna join MK.
Why you want to Join Clan MK: Because it have nice members and the clan is amazing with a good reputation. Nemesis. invited me to make an application in this clan.
Why did you Leave your previous clan/s: NK (I decided to left NK to join TZK), TZK (The clan was dying for some members)

Why did you remove the line "Are you currently banned in any of the official servers?" from the application format?
I assume you don't want to answer that question, so I guess you are banned in some server and you don't want to tell.
