A tip for everyone else : If you have such files and even though you dont use them, remove them asap as it is better to avoid the issue all together than to fight your case if in case you are found accused by the system.

+1 or at least inform your clan leaders before involving yourself in any unauthorized investigation of or testing of said hacks
