Sometimes, when i play on Megawar Server, i get the same when i spawn and i close it with task manager.It may be server's fault.
All I can say is -  download vcmp again.

I have a problem too,
when a car does "Boom"
My game get a crash always.
That's why i get too many crashes.

Do you get something like "Unhandled Exception"?

 Edit:  And Devil_Jin, I think you should get your cpu checked once by a technician, it may be some hard disk error.

Sometimes VC minimizes due to Sticky Keys...
Change that Setting, it may solve your problem
