IP:171.115.220.47:8192This is a completely Chinese server with a lot of features. You are able to visit throughout Vice City and Liberty City by air at the airport. Players create their organization and companies with attached vehicles, buy their vehicles, skins and weapons, dress and repair their cars or bikes. In order to live your life, you can earn money by taking the mission: whether delivery, racing, drive-bying or LMS, single player or multiplayer, you have something to do, and these are executed by GUI. There are NPCs, either simulating the traffic or shooting by the street, you don't feel alone. The message from the server is all-Chinese currently, you can type and input Chinese/English on the chatbox.
