Seeing you wrote your application in spanish and some parts in Portuguese it leads me to believe your english isn't very good. No from me aswell. We use mostly english to comunicate between each other not spanish or portuguese so you have to learn english if you want to join this clan.

Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to open the task manager, after you do that, open the tab that says Processes and look for a process named left4dead2.exe if you see it, right click it and end the process. And then try opening the game.
