I also burnt out my graphic card like few months ago. I barely had 20 to 25 fps while playing IV but still it was playable. With my current graphic card which was actually only for testing purposes but not anymore, has almost the same parameters as the old one, I have less fps on most of the games and I can't run IV for some reason.
As soon as I upgrade myself you can count me in.
GTA IV is one of the few games from the series that I haven't tried any mp mods.

Why do you apply then? Just because we have inactive players, it doesn't mean we need more of them. I understand, it will take a little period of time to you, to be active again but the thing is that you claim, you are now ready to join us, when we the members haven't met you even once to notice any improvements from you, at all.
Can you try to be more active through the recruiting process?
