I do not remember when was the last time I personally announced a promotion here but since this one is a special one so I have decided to announce it myself.

This person has been part of the clan, our family since so long that I can confidently say that we all grew up with him from silly teens to adults.

Using phrases such as "you earned it because of your loyalty towards clan" or "you totally deserve this" for him wouldn't do justice to his position in the clan or in the hearts of clan members. It is way more than all of that.

Tazz my friend, I promote you to Co-Leader of Clan Miami Killers.

News and Announcements / Tic has been kicked from the clan

As some of you might have noticed that few hours ago there were some spam posts by Tic/Morfin which were actually done by Hunting through his account. Initially I thought maybe Tic is a victim of an account breach but on confronting him, he just says that he casually shared his account details with Hunting.

Now, i doubt anyone would believe that anyone in this community would share their details with that notorious kid without any strong reason. It could be that you are good friends with him or maybe its an exchange for something like hacks.

Tic has decided to lie and not share the actual reason for why he shared his account details. In any case it is a very immature act.

Therefore it has been decided to kick Tic out of the clan and also i urge everyone to revoke further communications with likes of him.

As the year is coming to an end, alot of us might have had ups and downs, many of us may not call 2019 as an amazing year but rather something full of setbacks, situations and moments that might have made us feel down. It might have been a great year for some too.

Therefore, as an effort to keep things positive as this year ends and have a happy head start into 2020, I present you with the promotions.

Cool3 - Someone i truly respect a lot not only because he is way older than me but also because of his lovely nature and maturity. He is clearly one the best persons that i have met in this community and he is one of the best people you too can come across in this community. One of the best additions to the family I would say and therefore I feel immense pleasure to recruit him to our staff as a moderator.

Danish - This lad has stood the test of time here in this family, despite all the ups and downs he went through, he still did not let go of the rope and respected the decisions of the staff all the time even when they were against him and which is why he totally deserve this promotion. Promoted to Full MK.

AttackerX - Your long term loyalty to the clan has earned you the promotion to Full MK member.

Weldone - As your promotion was initially delayed due to a minor mistake on part of the staff therefore now you are being promoted to the Scouts rank. I would advise you to keep it cool and not create issues out of such little thing. You behavior with staff and your friends which they consider as rude has affected their relations with you.

Alot of people might think that this is rather some personal issue and the kick is not justified but there are alot who do support this. This post is not intended to explain everything that happened, rather the main reason for the kick and be to the point.

I basically felt that it is hard to be with a person who being inexperienced and immature tries to act oversmart and considers their own self to be all knowing and mature while considering others as fools who are actually well experienced and much older than them.

While i totally expect such behaviour from kids of her age but still I have seen much better ones in more quantity so I dont consider age as an excuse for it here.

While they dont like being called kids, which is okay as alot of times it is used as an insult on internet but they dont even consider adults who are like 10 years older than them or so as adults and go on to not listen to them, disregard their views and disrespect them.

They dont wanna be treated as kids, they say that "just because i am a trainee, i dont have a self respect" yet they dont treat their clan leader like one and dont care about his self respect and go on calling him as egoistic and ignorant after all the support that was offered to them in their harsh times.

Most of the players who show interest to join this clan or are trainees try their best to respect the staff and seniors because how do you expect to survive and grow if you are disrespecting your seniors. You want respect but you dont wanna give. You can be a brat somewhere else amongst other brats but not here.

You think you are very smart and others are dumb. You illogically want to force your views and dominate others. Well i dont like being with such people who are very arrogant in their approach and talk more and listen less and since I cannot leave my own clan because of some kid, I asked the kid to leave if she has issues here, to which she arrogantly replied and asked to be kicked.

Also i would like to highlight that people who know me know that how much i care for our members, how much i put efforts to keep them here comfortably. For eg. convincing the members who leave to think about it once again and return to the family. So you can understand the extent of this matter that it made me take such kind of decision that i never really take.

Ill also lock this topic because such people have tendency to get excited when they read things against them and start flaming.

Off Topic / Tobi has been demoted to trainee

Since he came back, he was acting unusual, he plays with JW clan guys, made them friend, they treat him like their leader, he also talked to the virgin and is good friends with him now and moreover he plays along jah which is very very disheartening which is why tobi has been demoted straight from full member to trainee and has to work his way up now and learn everything... All the manners required to be a full member.

Very very disappointed tobi
