Looked Generally, I'm still the best.
And this test is by servers choosen randomly within the country. I bet he/she was so close to a server.
BTW I'm faster than 58percent and she/he slower than 59percent+
My upload speed wins+ I have a grade of C+ and she/he C-

Not bad :o I agree that the speedtesting  sites are bullshit also when I'm testing on different servers in the same city there's little difference like 10mbps but  the point was to beat his picture, you did it  and even beat both of us.
