Eye IV re-launch!

The cancelled EYE IV from the last year has been re-opened this season to crown a new champion!

Due to the time that has passed since we attempt to run this event but sadly failed, we decided to give a fresh start in terms of participants and staff team, that's why we're officially re-opening the participants/fighters applications, followed by the staff and referees applications, since a good number of the former participants and staff members are no longer playing VC:MP nor active.
