Here we go. This happened in my country.
A friend of a friend (big one) has went to a government hospital for a blood check-up.

After waiting time, he was called inside by a young nurse and blood was taken through the pointing finger. ahh gosh, she has left the cotton wool somewhere now the finger is bleeding.
