So I spent last Night modifying my windows 7, yet again ( I had messed it up last time by turning it into Mac xD only looks i mean :P )
So here is a Screen of my desktop:

Now many of you must be wanting it, well i provide with the steps for that
But First of all I wont be held responsible if you fuck your pc up by not following the instruction properly. You can ask for help though.
So here it is:
1. For most of the theme :

2. For more icons i used the software the author mentioned in the link and i got custom icon pack from here :

(Please do read "Read Me" before doing anything, its there for some reason)
3. For Custom Windows starting (boot screen) :

To apply it Run BootUpdater--> click on File-->Load Bootskin and then browse to the bootskin you downloaded.
In this you can also edit Tex and its colour which will appear on boot screen.
when you are done with everything click Apply

This software is pretty basic, get your choice of wallpaper from internet to use on logon screen then browse to the folder containing that image and select it, press apply button and you are done.
5. The startup and shutdown sounds:

this is also a pretty basic software, very easy to use
Instructions to apply shutdown sound:
Right click anywhere on Desktop--->click on personalize--->sounds--->from the list below "program events" select "exit windows"---> click on browse button and locate the shutdown sound file---> click on apply and close.
With this you are done with a new and uber cool theme for your windows to impress everyone :)
User's might raise a point that it would be almost impossible to uninstall this theme. Well i could have written the uninstall guide but i am too lazy for it :P and the process goes all reverse anyway, but if you wish to uninstall it feel free to conact me :)
