We've made up our minds and decided to kick out Vysixo from the clan, he was found guilty of padding on two different servers. Those logs below can't be more straightforward to understand, I guess:

I am speechless, seriously!!
It was not stats padding and why would i ? i had a good enough ratio on both servers.. i respect what Halc saw but if you cancel my kills that i've got through killing that day and you can see that i had good ratio and i had no need to do stat padding.
but seriously it was not intentional it was like that guy was eating food and i just killed him and then p4t and coudy sent me a pm that don't do that if he isn't playing don't kill him it's against the rules so i just went from there.

If you guys still think it was stat padding just check out the old history he killed me several times and then he starting eating lunch and he spawned right after i killed so i had a good chance i didn't thought it will be counted in stat padding and then when i just left and went to littlewhyties he joined and played a bit and done that again. i seriously didn't understood that it was like stat padding. I wasn't aware of that. in fact p4t explained me this stuff when he said me that it's against the rules and then i got to know about it. sorry but it wasn't in my knowledge that i was doing wrong.

That proves that you knew what you were doing was wrong, you knew that he has not moving, yet you still took advantage, just like you said.
So don't say that you didn't know. You knew. You said it yourself you took advantage. We would've let you off with a warning were you a scout or were you a member who had been in the clan for a long time, but c'mon you had just joined the clan, how is it not obvious to you that taking advantage of someone who is not playing to boost your stats is dishonest gameplay?
Also this is not just 1 report. We received 2 reports. One from LW and one from EA. And both of those were killing the exact same person....
