I think you didnt get the reasons why you were denied before, let me put them here to ensure you dont miss all the points again.
1. Improve communication skills because, what you had written, probably through translator, you yourself did not know that the sentence was going against your application.
2. Sort out the ban at argonath
3. Stop this cheezy and over friendly behavior, it is good to be friendly and it is appreciated but everything looks good in a limit.
4. Being in a gang and in MK is only allowed during specific events which require you to form gang with members of other clans.
You seem to be a good and friendly guy but you are not ready as of yet.
You can apply again after 3 months once you have worked on the mentioned points.

Not even a month passed since your last application so its too soon for someone to improve all those things stated above, plus i saw that after you got denied here you went wearing RK tag and ELV too, that show us you dont even belong to a clan (clan hopper).
Please dont take it personal , impove those things first, use that time to get people to know you better and get their respect.
