semi-Ontopic:

For those who don't know it's rumored that Paki and chinese people were usually subnet Banned from the known and populated servers like XE Server and old Littlewhitey.
The reason was that almost every paki used to hack so they just cleaned the bad root by banning everyone.

Has you can check in almost every Paki Application they say how they don't like XE server but that's just an excuse for them to avoid saying that they are banned from there.
That doens't mean they are cheaters or have ever cheated, its just their subnet that is banned and they can't play there.
