I guess he copied your application and changed the necessary info...i dont think theres anything wrong in that...

Well if he can't even use a forum properly then, there's no place for him in a clan, every member should know how to post apps/use the forums.

I would vote MKt for him as he is ok with attitude and has some skills....and i guess he will get familiar with how forums work with time.

Application denied as you have to learn how to use forums and should get to know how things work.
You can spend your time at mk forums though so that you get to know how it works...and later you can apply again but do not apply withing a month.
