This post is not to offend you but to advice you as an old veteran in the gaming community as I am just a watcher over things now in the clan and don't participate actively in the game.

My advice is : You should not just see the experience of the person ingame rather see their maturity and true facts about the player. You can build relations with a person while playing with them for years. If you see, NewK, Halc, Faf, Tazz the nooby boob have been with us since years. Me and Faf started this clan long back and that time we had 0 experience. I joined the oldest DnA clan when I had 10 months experience. This is when all admins and all matured players were in DnA. I was 13 when I joined DnA the first because I started playing only at 12.

You need to focus on the player more than their experience is what I wanted to suggest you.

I hope you will consider this about voting for people in future.

I've respect for you and others too
First of all in playing vcmp since 6 years and didn't go on inactivity my eye was on everyone not only on him also he isn't my enemy but the fact is fact.
As you said . Experience doesn't matter . Ok I'm agree with you...
How about his earlier past?
He joined EAF and go on inactivity and didn't do for them and when he came back from inactivity he just left .alright it was past and maybe he will bring an excuse that they were inactive anyway fk  it..
How about his recently past ? TRC he left 2 time even after that TRC gave him another chance and he went on inactivity also they'd promoted him and being a senior member he didn't do anything for the clan instead of leaving . Dude I know for whom you left TRC you know they're young players also as far as my experience says they will bring a great future for TRC
He didn't loyal with any clan even with server staff. He left ctf staff and dil why newk vote him he was never loyal with anyone how will he with us ??
If he's really interested than I wanna show his patience with his brother otherwise that force won't work here cos every member has right to give their suggesstion/opinion
I know there is no value of my opinion he will get accept if I'll vote negative.

Thats not the point Qarz.. We heard every members opinions and suggestions , and when it comes to applications we really trust your votes, since we are a bit out of the game. Still what Ashay was saying is that you should considerer more than game experience to vote both positive or negatively. I have nothing against this tarkan little brother vakica, since everytime i met him ingame he just plays his game without being a retard flaming about everykill like many i know around this community.

Giving this little fellaw a opportunity to show his loyalty isnt a bad move,like we do with many others that are clean to our eyes
