One can proxy other person IP easily. If he have dynamic ip and his ip changes with every time he closes his modem then yeah if that guy is in his region then they surely can have same ip. Here same ip means that day 1 this guy have xxx ip and day 3 the other person have that same xxx ip.

Maybe its LK.Nico's IP and his other nicknames.
Mi IP direction is stable but the other persons IP can change.

1. Thats possible meh to this person to use the same IP for a few days. no for a long time.
2. i see my IP direction, and the IP direction did u show me is incorrect.
