Ok,before i start... i want to say: this is my app again i was ausent because I moved to another house and some family problems could not check the forum or come in to play, i hope understand me.

use modify button to edit your post, so that you dont have to double post.
Anyways coming to your query, yes you can apply as many times as you wish but the deal is that if you get denied then you have to wait minimum 1 month to apply again for your application to be considered seriously and yes there should also be some improvement in you regarding the reason you were denied.

well we have a script which auto mutes the spammers, so kick isnt needed
and since this is your second app after some months...i also feel like giving you a chance....

the script will mute you if you send 5 messages without wait 5 seconds to write each one :D, i guess you are asking for CTF right?

Accepting you as training only on purpose of giving you a chance even though most members said No for you.
If you break any rule or if your attitude is found indecent, you will be kicked without a warning.
Wear [MKt] from now on, good luck, respect everyone around.
